1. LOCAL GUESTS I host guests from anywhere in the world. If you currently reside within the area (Orlando) or live locally, please let me know so I have a chance to ask more about the purpose of your stay. $750 refundable security deposit applies only to guests who reside in the area who have no previous Airbnb guest reviews; to be refunded after check-out with clearance from the housekeeping team from any issues . 2. SELF CHECK-IN This is a self check-in property. A very detailed check-in guide will be sent to you upon booking (complete with the lock code and photo references). 3. SECURITY CAMERA & NOISE-LEVEL DETECTOR ON-SITE There is 1 CCTV (Ring) at the main door facing the front door. It records video and audio when it detects movement for security purposes. There is no camera inside the home itself. There is 1 noise-level detector near the common areas. It does not record audio, only detecting the decibel readings. 4. PET FEE During the inquiry stage, bringing of pets or having any pet over during your stay must be declared. A one-time $150/pet convenience fee will be charged. Extra fees for damage to property caused by the animal/s will be charged to the security deposit. Only 1 dog/cat/animal (any size) is allowed for this booking. Guests are still responsible for cleaning up all excrements and mess made by their pets. 5. MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES Gross violation of any of the abovementioned house rules will be assessed, and may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund, or involvement of the Airbnb Resolutions team to collect the corresponding fines. $200/day for evidence of smoking in the property (violates no smoking rule) $200/day for evidence of bringing unauthorized pets (misrepresentation) $50/hour or fraction of an hour beyond check-out (late check-out fee); early check-in per hour may be charged, case to case basis $500 fee for unauthorized disruptive party (host reserves the right to cancel) $50 fee for guests who misrepresent the size of their party at booking will be charged for additional guests at $50 per extra guest per night 6. BACKGROUND CHECK It's imperative that guests with an existing criminal record disclose this information, and we can discuss the next steps. I reserve the right to cancel the reservation, and I'd be happy to award you a refund. 7. RESOLUTIONS Every guest experience is unique, and I do my best to provide the utmost comfort for all who book my home. In return, I only trust that all guests have genuine intentions with their reservations. Should there be any untoward issues or concerns, these can be amicably communicated and settled through the platform. 8. Heated Pool The pool can be heated before the arrival of the guest for an additional charge of $40/day. And the guest should inform at least 48 hours before check in as it takes 48 hours to heat up the pool. 9. GRILL If you need a grill during your stay, please book it at least 48 hours in advance. There is an additional charge of $75 USD for a 7-day rental.
